In Stuttgart, there are hardly any commercial development areas, although in the industrial areas individual areas are quantitatively and qualitatively underutilized. One of these industrial areas is Feuerbach-Ost. In the form of test designs, innovative ways to increase the area efficiency as well as higher usage densities, workplaces and solutions were visually demonstrated.
