The Office for Urban Planning and Urban Development Filderstadt is currently developing an interior development strategy. 31 possible locations for interior development were identified and characterized in profile sheets. To verify the practicality and content orientation of the quality lines, test drafts were developed for three potential areas in the districts of Bernhausen, Harthausen and Plattenhardt.
