Project Scale: Approximately 179.8 hectares, the base is located in the northern part of Qianjiang Century City, neighbouring the Asian Games Village of the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 in the north and the core area of Qianjiang Century City in the south. The design scope is adjacent to Minxiang Road in the south, Fengbei Road in the north, Qiantang River embankment in the west and Ring Road in the east.

The urban design of the future headquarters base in Qiantang Bay breaks with the traditional blueprint planning idea: what we intend to create is not a high-rise island, but a growing community of science, culture and innovation - building the third-generation cultivated headquarters ecosystem in Hangzhou with the elasticity of the urban growth mechanism and a highly interactive humanistic environment.

Taking the following challenges facing the development of Qianjiang Century City, Hangzhou's third-generation CBD, as a starting point: weak physical industry linkages, high vacancy rates for Grade A offices becoming the norm, and difficulties in forming 24-hour urban vitality, the design proposal focuses on "bamboo growth", The three core strategies of "Bamboo Growth", "Water Life" and "Anchor Link" are highlighted to set up a cultural flag of water city symbiosis with a flexible urban growth mode.
