Pearl Academy CAMPUS - a new learning campus in a green field, with the principle of lifelong learning and the goal of research incubation and radiation, while placing a high value on the public participation and experience of scientific knowledge, creating an open environment for research talents, technology enterprises and the society of the Bay Area to gather and share.

Science Garden: CAMPUS campus/open to the public, Science Avenue: incubation area/open to enterprises, Science House: core research area/open to cross-border disciplines.

The 3 shortcut systems realise immediate and efficient connections between the Science Park, Science City and even the entire Greater Bay Area.

Brain Walk - shortcut for cross-disciplinary communication, Science Corridor - shortcut for business incubation, and Science Trail - trail for science walk.

In the future, the Science Garden in the forecourt of each institution, which also undertakes basic education, public experience, scientific research exchange, landscape recreation, and rainwater flood management, and symbiosis with the central area of the North Shore on both sides of the river, will build the Heart of Pearl Academy - a common space for science and public exchange - in the Pearl Science Park.
