It is a strategic synergy point for Guangzhou and Foshan to access the global digital economy system, and the best node for Guangzhou and Foshan to absorb the leading technology of digital science and innovation, and to promote the transformation of digital empowerment of traditional industries. In the face of the future digital technology crowd and Baiyun Zhushui, the most prominent environmental feature of Baiyun District, this urban design is based on the fragmented green space and scattered functions of the current situation and incorporates the concept of Lingnan traditional gardens, combining with the characteristics of the digital technology crowd, to build a world-class city of pioneers in digital applications.
