Through the analysis of the site and local culture, the Lvliang project extracts the concept of Lvliang's strange stone - Sibin Floating Chime from the Shangshu ‘Yugong’, combines the traditional glazed pagoda building materials with its colourful auspicious symbols, and gives the façade effect with artistic atmosphere by using modern building materials. The building form combines the traditional kiln retreat form to make full use of the terrain characteristics to create an outdoor public space with ecological attributes. Modern architecture and ecological landscape are perfectly blended to create a landmark building of Lvliang New Town and a bright landscape of Beichuan River.
